    4) Garlic (3 cloves)
    5) Red chili (2)
    6) Red pepper paste (1 tablespoon)
    7) Sugar (1/2 tablespoon)
    8) Pepper (a little)
    9) Green chili (2) - recommended for those who like it spicy
   10) Thinly sliced ​​red radish (moderate amount)

   11) Soju or wine, etc. (optional)
   12) A little bit of ginger


Prepare the above ingredients in advance.

2, Steps to make Stir-fried pork:

Heat a frying pan on high heat.
First, put the pork in and cook it slightly.

Sprinkle pepper when it is slightly cooked.



Then pour in a glass of soju.

At this point, adjust the heat to medium.

Stir-fry the pork and then add the red pepper paste, red pepper powder, garlic, ginger, and green chili.
