구리시, 자연과 소통하는 실버교육 힐링 프로그램 운영

구리시(시장 백경현)는 어르신들의 신체적, 정신적 행복과 삶의 질을 향상하고 자연과 소통하며 환경에 대한 관심을 이끌기 위한 환경 교육 프로그램을 무료로 운영한다.

이번 프로그램은 오는 5월 16일부터 10월 16일까지 매달 셋째 주 수요일(10:00~11:30)에 장자호수생태체험관에서 진행된다. 참여 대상은 60세 이상 구리시민으로, 매달 선착순으로 10명을 모집하며 접수 방법은 장자호수 생태체험관(031-550-8317)으로 전화 신청하면 된다.

월별 프로그램으로 ▲5월: 꽃 피는 봄이 오면(자연이 주는 색 천연염색), ▲6월: 단오맞이(천연가루를 이용한 비누 만들기), ▲7월: 여름 길목에서(압화 부채 만들기) ▲10월: 겨울을 준비하는 지혜(보리 새싹 키우기 꾸러미) 등이 있으며, 총 4회에 걸쳐 다양한 주제와 계절에 맞게 자연에서 힐링하는 프로그램으로 진행될 예정이다. (※ 8·9월은 휴강)

백경현 구리시장은 “자연환경의 소중함을 느끼며 시민들이 더 행복한 삶을 누릴 수 있도록 앞으로도 다양한 환경 교육 프로그램을 추진해 나가겠다.”라고 전했다.

 

Guri City operates a silver education healing program that communicates with nature

Guri City (Mayor Baek Kyung-hyeon) operates a free environmental education program to improve the physical and mental happiness and quality of life of seniors, communicate with nature, and raise interest in the environment.

This program will be held at the Jangja Lake Ecological Experience Center on the third Wednesday of every month (10:00-11:30) from May 16th to October 16th. Participants are Guri citizens over the age of 60, and 10 people are recruited every month on a first-come, first-served basis. To apply, call the Jangja Lake Ecological Experience Center (031-550-8317).

Monthly programs: ▲May: When spring blooms (natural dyeing with the colors provided by nature), ▲June: Dano (soap making using natural powder), ▲July: On summer roads (making pressed flower fans) ▲10 Monday: Wisdom to prepare for winter (barley sprout growing package), etc., and a total of 4 sessions will be held as a healing program in nature according to various topics and seasons. (※ Classes closed in August and September)
