3. Slice the green onion diagonally.
4. Put water and radish in a pot and boil.
5. After boiling, add minced garlic, red pepper paste, Cheongyang pepper, red pepper, and red pepper powder
Simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat.
6. If the seasoning is not enough, adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
